According to article 3 of constitution of the club, membership of the club :

Shall be open to the persons of professional reputation performing managerial role and who have been connected to air cargo trade continuously for a minimum period of 2 years immediately preceding the date of application for membership provided that the applicants organization or firm to whom he is representing is an airline GSA/CSA/ of airline or IATA approved agent.

Provided, however that the membership of the club shall be restricted to a maximum of 8 persons from any single organization.

All applications for membership must be made on the prescribed form appended here to and must be proposed and recommended by active members of the club who themselves should have 2 years of continuous membership.

The application of membership shall be considered by the managing committee in a duly convened meeting and approved by a majority of two thirds of the members present.

The decision of managing committee of for acceptance/refusal of membership shall be final and binding on the applicant and no reason for the acceptance /refusal will be conveyed.
