Air cargo club of Delhi was formed in 1977. It is a non profit organization dedicated towards playing a major role to infuse unity and understanding though the social events organized from time to time. This club functions as a bridge between the airlines, airport handling authorities and freight forwarders to bring them closer towards a cordial relationship. The club organizes various events throughout the year to strengthen the bond among all members. ACCD has created a sense of unity and cohesiveness among the cargo fraternity in Delhi. It is a conglomeration of trade veterans playing vital role in re-assuring the cargo industry of its plan to look forward and to further ensure that the cargo trade get its due recognition.
Journey of Air cargo club of Delhi begins back in year 1977, Jan 11 consisting of Mr. B.L. Prashar, Mr. V. Naik as vice president, Mr. GEH Thomas, Mr. RK Babar, Mr. OW Preuss, Mr. CL Sayal, Mr. AD Dhingra, Mr. TN Vohra and Mr. SS Chaudhri. Since the beginning club has been managed by known professionals and its spirit continues till date. Over 3 decades, club has seen generations together participating and making ACCD one of the best known cargo clubs in India.

DIAL celebrated their achievement of 1MMT on 27May & felicitated Air Cargo Club for their outstanding support and contribution to the trade.
It was a proud moment for the club and the award was received by the President Mr. Sumit Mathur along with members of the Managing Committee.
